What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic physicians have a minimum of 7 years of post-secondary education and are well trained to treat a wide range of musculo-skeletal and nervous system conditions.

Our office has several chiropractors, each with unique skills and interests.  Depending on your unique condition, you may be ideally suited to see one over the other, but regardless of who you see, our Team will do its best to get you the results you want.

Chiropractic can be effective at treating a wide range of disorders, such as headaches, back and neck pain, sports injuries, over-use syndromes, sciatica, muscle and joint pain, postural problems, and conservative treatment of spinal deformities.

To help diagnose any underlying problems, our clinic is equipped with a fully-digital Xray system and we use an experienced radiologist to prepare written reports that can be shared with other members of your health-care team.

Treatment consists of primarily manual therapy techniques, traction, patient education and exercise/rehab.  Therapeutic ultrasound and Laser may also be utilized depending on the condition.  These techniques are used to treat the spine, the joints of the extremities, and the surrounding soft tissues, including the muscles, ligaments and nerves.

After a thorough initial assessment, one of our Chiropractors will develop an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
